THROTTLING OF INTERNET LINES

We have a 10meg line, for the last 3 weeks, this has been running at 2megs..... When you phone Axxess the service is terrible and they lie stating that on their side the check shows 10meg. This is impossible as you can not even open facebook as this does not load at all! Needless to say we have cancelled our membership as we can not pay R600+ for a service we are not receiving.
