Throttled on an "UNthrottled" line

I have had no internet at night for the last week. Axxess claim that they do not throttle however during the day my internet is perfect. My internet stops working at 6 PM and then magically comes back at 12am. They asked to send loads screenshots in hopes that it will magically fix itself instead of actually fixing the issue.

They then try to pass the buck to Vumatel when Vumatel is not the issue as my lines are perfect.

Maybe at some point, they were the best ISP in South Africa but is not the case now at all anymore.
