Throttled because of a estimation. And not fact

How does this work.

They do an estimation on your line (we have a 10mb/s line) and then if they estimate that you going to reach your 120GB fair usage cap then they start throttling your speed to less than half the lines capacity, we have only been on the internet for a week and they started throttling us, wich i feel is not fair... We pay every month our subscription for 10mb/s just to be throttled down to 3.5-4mb/s after a week.

How about you only start throttling us as soon as we used up our fair usage?

Because now we pay for a fair fibre speed but we get nothing out of it.

Think I'll just move back to afrihost because they are straight forward what you see is what you get.
