Throtling

I stream alot from the internet and they say they will not throttle you if you stream but when ive used alot of date via streaming i get download speeds of 2kb then i have to phone them and thnt create a new port or gateway and it works fine for 10 in. i am so sick of always battling to use such a slow speed from a 4 meg line. My totsl data usage was for last month was just over 100 gigs which i dont think id to much.<br> Todat the family was streaming and i downloaded very little and needed to downlaod a file tonight and got a speed of 0.p to 4kb. So disgusted with this and thinking of changing to someone else.
