This Company is a Money Pit with Poor Service.

This place's service is disgusting. Nothing just works without having to pay an extra fee.

Firstly, they can't assign a different domain to a hosting package (which you purchased with them) which every other hosting company can. You need to cancel an old hosting package and then pay an R89 penalty to purchase another hosting package for R89.

You can't purchase a domain and change the name servers, you need to pay R5 a month to enable the name server update feature. I am going to report this company to ZACR.
