This company is a disgrace!

They debited my account twice and returned one of the debits. They then proceeded to cut our service off for non payment. They told us we had to pay again even though we have already paid.

When we tried to call them we could not get through. Their excuse was high call volumes, however I have been calling since 8am and with no luck, it is now 4.10pm.

I used the live chat they have on their web page. This was a complete waste of my time. Again I was told to pay even though I could prove that I have paid. I was told to contact my bank, which I did. They confirmed the transactions went through as well as a reversal. The online help woman refused to accept any of this. She told me to wait my turn until an accounts clerk was available to call me. Obviously I am still waiting.

Be very careful with this company and their support staff. In the past we have had other issues with them.
