******* AND LAW BREAKERS!!!!!!

Where do a person begin!??? From the first week we had problems and in the first two months that follow we paid R10 where it was suppose to be FREE?? Also with the PROMO is said FREE INSTALLATION AND MODEM! Still waiting for my MODEM??? I fell sick and was hospitalized after my discharge I was let go by my work as I can`t go on with my duties. I contacted AXXESS to notify them as I paid for a month ahead so far and gave them 30 days notice. NOW!!! They come out with a story to pay R999 for cancellation. No where in any contract that I signed for this and was this stipulated??? That said I never even signed a CONTRACT??? By law you have to sign a contract to be binned by it! I have told them I can`t pay the amount as where must I get money or funds if I don`t work or have any income. THEY ARE PLAYING A VERY DANGEROUS GAME AND THE LAW IS ALL THE WAY BEHINDS AS WITH THESE *******!!!! My next step with be to go to the OMBUDSMAN as I always had good results through them. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE AXXESS????? THE BEST IS THEY WON`T REPLAY AS THEY KNOW THE ARE IN THE WRONG. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO NEEDS TO BE HANDED OVER!!!!
