They won't transfer your line

We've been using axxess for over a year. We are no w moving and are told that we can not transfer our current service to a new address, we need to CANCEL the current service and then reapply and pay connection fees as if we had never been customers. This just shows how little they value us as customers. We would have loved to continue using axxess but they clearly don't care about meeting the customer's needs. It means nothing to them that we have been loyal customers, we must just go thru the process AGAIN and pay all that money AGAIN as if they never knew us.
