They suck more than a vacuum

Their technical teams are on holiday most of the time and no one answers the phones.

I've had issues with my internet for more than 3 months where it completely drops and they can't help me, because their technical s****s are on the same level as a preschooler.

Now I've been without internet for a few days and it took them 2 days to get me a reference number for the fault. No one contacts you, no one cares. Their accounts department doesn't want to assist in canceling the nonexistent service.

Summary is they suck more than a vacuum.
