They just ignore you and your faults

Absolutely pathetic service. Have zero interest in providing a working product, but of course they have issues taking money at the end of the month. I have had high latency packetloss consistently for months now. And its got to the point where they just completely ignore you and your fault. I had better service with mweb and that's saying alot! They atleast rep**** and contacted me themselves on multiple times.
