THEY DONT KEEP THEIR WORD.

I was expecting a better line of fibre. When i purchased through their sales agent i was promised installation immediately after delivery. Till today no installation when i call then will put me on hold for only God knows when then after they will say installations will be done in 1 month time. "crazy" please i want my refund.
