They are the pits!!!

Registered an account with them in October, they sent the router so quickly and i was sure the connection will be quickly. Since then they have not come to connect wifi in my place. I am sending and sending support emails and they keep lying to me about contacting dsv if i am not mistaken that they will contact me for an inspection. If i knew this is how they treat they customers i wouldn't have wasted my time. I want to cancel and no one is getting back to me. I no longer need the services call me and come fetch the router, i am frustrated and done.
