They are the most *********** isp I've ever encountered,there service is slow,downtime is a lot,getting connected u have to do it yourself via router and if u not computer knowledgeable you are stuffed with the settings

They are the most *********** isp I've ever encountered,there service is slow,downtime is a lot,getting connected u have to do it yourself via router and if u not computer knowledgeable you are stuffed with the settings. Thay are just plain down *********** of being good isp.
