The worst service ever!

<p>I received the worst service ever from Axxess. I app**** for a combo package and received a router as part of the package. After a few months the router decided to die. I logged a call with Axxess support, just to tell me that I did not receive the router from Axxess and had to contact Telkom. I went to Telkom just to tell me that the router was obtained from Axxess and they had to sort it out. I dealt with a support person by the name of Luthando M, telling me that they don't sell the router make they supp**** to me and that I need to go and buy a new router. Entire message typed in CAPS! I have been without internet service for over a week now but still paying!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be cancelling and will also make sure none of my friends will sign up for this **** service.</p>
