The worse of the worst

<p>I'm now strugling for more than 2 months to get proper ADSL service, subscribtion with AXXESS are as follows a Premium uncapped account with an 8 meg line, but till today I canot enjoy that package because I,m still only running at just over 6 meg and then I must forget about streaming as they mentioned what the Premium package are for because you just start watching something when the connection dissapear and the router must be reset just to repeat it 10 minutes later.</p> <p>They will try everything possible to let you anderstand you are the guilty party and that the problem is not with them.</p> <p>After how many phone calls and mails my situation is even worse</p> <p>I even report them to ICASA and at this moment still waiting for feedback.</p>
