The throttling company
Axxess decided to unilaterally, without notice or substantiation throttle my service. When I queried the slow speed, Axxess made me run around doing all sorts of tests, knowing that the problem was their throttling. <br> <br> Beware of what I deem ********* practices by Axxess.
