The runaround

Good day Axxess,

Quote

“Good day you have been on a 2Mbps service, not a 4Mbps service. A credit has been done as a result of these findings. Please view your account statements to view the available credit you now have on your account Regards, Jared Williamson”

Unquote

Allow me to start by stating that your service is appalling , for that, you get a 0 out of 10 .

1) I haven’t received any correspondence via any form of communication platforms, which is very frustrating besides this two emails which one is quoted above and no othe form of communication in regard my account and the current service for which I paid for for the last 8 to 10 months .

2) Nor has my line speed bettered in any shape of form , in fact, it’s gotten worse.

3) Mr Jared Williamson, please see above in red ( in future , please gather your facts before emailing me)I was of the belief that I am on a 4 mb line premimum uncapped ( or is Axxess is just taking my money and giving me a 2mb line, hence your confusion and the statement above expressed to me ) which makes complete sense why I have been struggling in the evening to get my line speed up. Please see below for you reference for yourself , I have includes examples of invoices where I’m paying for 4mb monthly, yet you now telling me I have a 2mb

4) Mr Warren Minni, unfortunatelty I cannot log onto the website you advise me to go to because it advised me I don’t have authoirzation based on the password and username provided . “Authorization Required “This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supp**** the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

5) Finally , can I ask to escalate matter at once because this doesn’t resolve my problem nor changes the fact that your been over charging for something I never had to begin with. I will also be reaching out to the ombudsman to address this with them for further clarity and review this on the public forum .
