The pits! The absolute ghetto! Not even worthy of a star!!!!

If you're looking for an Internet provider, DO NOT CHOOSE AXXESS!!!! This company honestly has no regard for its clients whatsoever....At first I app**** for Uncapped internet access in November 2019 and only had the technicians come to connect in January 2020! As if that was not enough I only received Connection in February for only 2 weeks! It's the 23rd of March and numerous phone calls and emails later and still no INTERNET CONNECTION and yet they don't forget to debit my account every month for a service they don't render! I'm disgusted actually! What makes me more angry is the fact that I now have to work from home and incur additional expenses because I NEED INTERNET!!
