The music

I have been with Axxess for many years, but I would like to ask the guy that choose the "on hold" when you phone music Before you choose the songs that play, please sit for 30 min on the phone and listen to it. The music change and there was a nice one but some of them sound like a baby joy hammer over and over. Other one has this high pitch straight into your hear hitting the brain. It might be good to have calming music and not something that driving you mad. Regards
