The ISP that says "Uhm"

Axxess is really not one of the best internet providers, Zoom came to install my fibre line and did it so swiftly supp**** a router and everything, but it is with Axxess where the problems starts, the lady from tech support said "uhm" more time than a grade 3 child in math class, Ridiculous!! Why would they want me to use 2 routers for one Wi-Fi connection?? Unbelievable, and they charge you a R249 delivery fee for nothing, can't believe I fell for this bull****.
