The incompetence of Axxess and Vumatel

Axxess is quickly becoming as terrible as Afrihost alongside Vumatel. I need an internet connection to run my business and they don’t seem to care about getting the line fixed. Axxess and Vumatel keep playing the blame game with me having to relay to each of them about what the other said. They charged me twice for the same service of “migrating a fibre line” which STILL does not work. Both these companies are painfully ***********. It’s been close to a week now without any help.
