<p>Axeess running an advert till the end of May saying free installation, however, the big con is this never gets written off as long as you with Axxess you still owe that installation fee is this a CON or not?</p>

We ran a promotion on new Fibre sign-ups until the end of May, the promo was that we would cover the Fibre installation and connection fees for as long as the client keeps their Fibre active with us. Upon cancellation, said clients would be billed for the installation fees that we initially footed the bill for.

The Ad read free installation there was no small print to say as long as you with Axxess this is misleading and the consumer council will decide whether the Ad was misleading or not .
