I called RSAWEB on Thursday afternoon - 1 November to sign up. The sales guy obviously promises that I’ll have internet immediately, sends me signup details, get’s me on their platform. Then I hear it will take 24h. But that’s max. Friday comes, no internet - I call everyone, including OCTOTEL the line owner. Eventually back to Axxess who I had cancelled at the end of October 2018.

They haven’t released the account yet to a Octotel. Why not at the end of October? Then Octotel say they need ANOTHER 24 HOURS to connect me because Axxess only sent the notification Friday Morning. (This is a good one - their main oke says they if Axxess haven’t released my line on Saturday morning he’s overriding it - meaning they have the ability but no intention of actually looking after the cutomer)

This means I had to call THREE companies that don’t work together to actually get *NO INTERNET BY MONDAY MORNING*
