The absolute worst service I have ever experienced

This is by far the worst business I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a modem and Internet service on 24 May. I am still waiting. I can accept the reality of waiting for stock ordered but what I cannot accept is that I spoke to a lady named Amy who told me delivery would be arranged before Wednesday the 1st July if I made a direct EFT and sent proof of payment. When Wednesday arrived I spoke to Stephanie who politely told me the order wasn't placed and that delivery would be by Friday. Friday comes and I get informed delivery would be by Monday. It's now Monday near home time and I still have nothing. I suppose I'll get a pointless reply from some Axxess lady as so many others have, and at the end of the day that will be as pointless as every other phone all I have made to you.<br> Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. <br>
