Terrible support

Were very good, but the last 5 months has been pure hell. Support has totally disappeared and you cannot get hold of anyone with some responsibility for what is going on there. Do NOT deal with them. I can now not even get my domains transferred as jy just decline the transfers on my behalf! Bunch of ****** as far as I am concerned.
