Terrible service & Incompetence

I placed a fibre order with Axxess two weeks ago, and the experience has been nothing but frustration. Despite giving them my correct address and location three times, they still managed to get it wrong. Openserve came out, only to realize the mistake was on Axxess end. I had to place a new order, and yet the same issues persist.

To make matters worse, their customer service is rude and unhelpful instead of assisting, they seem uninterested in resolving the problem. If you value efficiency and good service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Axxess has wasted my time and shown zero accountability.
