Terrible service from AXXESS ISP!!

I have logged numerous contact/help requests with AXXESS, but all I get is acknowledgements of receipt of my email with a ticket number - last one was: ticket id of: m4025ffcgf . No one has contacted me for 6 days! My fibre link only works sometimes, and only on a cellphone, one at a time if I'm lucky. None of our computers can connect!!
