Terrible service from Axxess

What a horrible company to deal with, cancelled my line in August due to moving and it still has not been attended to. They now expect a person to pay 2 months down the line for a service not being used because I had moved out, until today they have still not cancelled the fibre line and now expect me again to pay for November or they cut my service off at my office as well,I do not recommend this company at all,their technical and accounts department are utterly useless. You will keep being charged for a service even if you cancel it.....so flippen over these useless companies to be honest !!!!
