Terrible service

I app**** for fibre last year November/December. Openserve install their router thing. I have send numerous emails. Contact the call centre, which you never get through. The chat option on the website is also pathetic! The people that works in the call centre clearly don’t understand their work. I truly hope that they appoint better people. My dad’s application and installment were finalized in two weeks
