Terrible service, cant fix an ongoing issue

Axxess support contact number is shocking, they do not answer their calls their email and online ticket system takes days to get back to you

I reported an issue of slow and intermitted connectivity on a brand new line. After running a series of tests for them which clearly showed an issue i was informed that the issue had been resolved and that they arent seeing anything on their end

issue persists if not worse
