Terrible service by axxess!

I have received the worst service from this company!!! I have been waiting for my LTE package since last week, I even offered to pick it up but they refused. They promised to deliver on a certain day but to no surprise I still haven't received a thing!!! I'm so frustrated because I need to use the Internet I've paid for ASAP!!!
