Terrible service and support.

Terrible service and support. I've had my internet connection disconnected more than 24 hours due to an issue that i informed them about and that they are aware of and have yet to fix it. Now I am forced to spend more money by buying data to use my phone as a hotspot so that I can still have internet connectivity so that I can still do my job.

Axxess is pathetic. Do not use them as an ISP provider.
