Terrible service and poor communication from Axxess.

I signed up with this ISP on January 31, 2026, after cancelling my previous subscription with SADV, and I truly regret it. I made a payment of R359 for a 20/10 Mbps line, and now it has been five days with no internet service. Their live chat support is unreachable, and their advertised WhatsApp number is also unresponsive. They promote themselves extensively on social media, but they clearly do not care about their customers. This is unacceptable service for a new customer, and I would never recommend anyone to sign up with them.
