Terrible service, and complete lack of care to customer.

This is the WORST internet company by far. They are even worse than telkom. My fibre line was broken, i ended dealing with the company who repaired it. They had no clue whats happening nor did they care that my wife amd i had to work from home. They don't care about anything but themselves. I had no internet for 2 weeks but i still had to pay for the service. It is now off again and they cannot let us know when this will be repaired. This is BY FAR THE WORST PEOPLE TO HAVE INTERNET THROUGH. They are really the worst.
