Terrible service

If you think Telkom has a bad service, Axxess have a worse service ever. You have to constantly calling them with reconnection of the fibre line and they don't deliver on the service they promise and they put the blame on Frogfoot.. I demand refund Axxess because I've been out for service for days and you always telling me I have to wait for 24-48hrs and at the end of the month you will demand the full amount.. Sies axxess im so disappointed..
