Terrible service

1 Star is actually being polite and considerate. It's 4 days since I reported a fault with them. They still cannot provide me with update/issue with my line and they can't even give me an ETA.

The agent and her colleagues had the audacity to laugh at us as we where complaining regarding the incompetence of their company
