Terrible service !!!!

Terrible service in the hosting department. *********** staff that think they know if all but cant fix simple issues. Rude , Arrogant. No resolve after weeks of complaints about the same issue. Will not transfer to senior engineer. Dont even think they have one.

Spent an hour on the phone trying to fix a space issue on my mailbox . On their side everything looks fine , on my end 5 different browsers , 5 different devices say otherwise. Their solution , I am the problem so i am taking all my domains and voice numbers and leaving .
