terrible service

absolutely terrible. my internet doesn’t work half the time and when it does the speeds are slow . they recently offered me an upgrade and with that upgrade my speeds become slower and it doesnt work more often . their customer support is horrible , i’m on hold for an hour and nothing gets resolved . stay away from this company
