Terrible serice from Axxess

Extremely disappointed by the service from Axxess. Have made a number of calls in the last few months just to get my complaints of constantly dropping Internet line brushed off for months. The technical support agents are pathetic, no desire to help, today spent the half day on the phone, just to realize that the previous consultant (a second one) I spoke with had not registered the call at all with Vumatel. Had to call again, for a third time. I do not trust that the third agent will register a call either. The keep the line open after the call, so that we, customers, cannot leave an assessment of their service either. Axxess do not value their customers, the time we spent on the phone, the time of low productivity due to mediocre Internet. Axxess has disallowed comments on their posts on FB, because there are so many complaints; also they have disabled people from leaving a message on their FB page. OK Axxess, hide, keep on hiding from the people who pay you money every month to provide them with service. Eventually all your clients are going to leave you. Terrible service. It used to be a good company in the past. I am giving you a notice, that I am cancelling your service from 01 August 2020. If you do not repair my line, I will claim back the money for July 2020.
