Terrible Hosting Experience!

Worst experience I have ever had with a hosting company (I have been developing websites for 10 years now, so I have experienced allot!).

They are truly apathetic, and in my experience they don't seem to know much about what they are doing. I would highly recommend using ANY other company!

They respond VERY SLOWLY (if at all) to critical requests, likely because they don't know how to deal with the problems. Either that, or they don't even bother to read half of their support requests.

As an example of their recent bad service; We have a client's website that has been down for days now (Server Side Issue At Axxess).. I have sent multiple emails directly to their support department and to this date, we still have no response from them at all! This is also not an isolated issue, as I notice that a few sites that we host with Axxess undergoes random downtime. If anybody has a clue about how SEO works; you will immediately understand why this is BAD!!!

Don't fall for their 'special' offer for free hosting for x months and then pay later. I believe this is their biggest pull factor above the competition when selling hosting plans. Take it from me and my long experience with them; you get exactly what you paid for; NOTHING!

I look forward to having moving my accounts over to a different company (Hetzner) - They have been excellent from day 1 of using them (a bit more pricey, but well worth it, trust me!) - Quick, smart, and friendly. Now, that is what you need from a hosting company.. not just 'BUY INTO OUR SPECIAL OFFER & SUFFER AFTERWARDS'..
