Terrible FTTH service

They usually show a decent attempt at helping, but I have been having numerous issues with my FTTH service ever since it was installed. The blame is always placed on loadshedding, cable breaks, firmware upgrades, etc., but the problems never stop.

I am sitting here without internet since 4PM. I work in essential services and having an internet connection is critical, especially during this lockdown. I was told earlier that I’m affected by a network change/area issues, yet my neighbours continue to have Internet.

I have a critical deadline at 7 AM tomorrow and I am stuck without internet to do my work. I have re**** on Axxess for many years, first with DSL, then with FTTH, but their FTTH products are a true let-down. My Telkom LTE was slow and unreliable, but not nearly as unreliable as this. I’m paying for the most expensive package at Axxess, yet I get terrible service.

I can see they’re trying and their support staff is friendly, but they just never get to the bottom of my problems.
