Terrible Disorganised Service

Their payment options aren't available - you can only choose debit order. They tell me to just select debit order and change to credit card later. That option never becomes available. I get a message from the courier saying my sim is on the way, but I get a message from Axxess saying my order has been cancelled due to non payment. Support takes days to respond and no-one answers the phone. What is wrong with this company?
