Terrible Customer Service

I have spent over R1000 buying goods from this company under my re seller account and also buying goods for other people on the customer end. None of these goods have been received for over a month, I cannot log into my accounts, when I call them its either the wrong account details I have or some other thing. I keep speaking to a different person, who mostly make me feel as if I'm stupid and dont know what I'm talking about.

They are totally ******** and unhelpful. They claim that they will "look into the matter" but days later nothing has happened and when I call in its the same story with a different operator.....

At the same time I have built a successful web design business that is hosted with Hetzner, and it is mostly due to their awesome service they provide. What a difference! The most helpful, knowledgeable and patient support staff I have ever come across!

By comparison Axxess provides Terrible Service!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They get you into their net with cheap cost or low cost or free products then they just mess you around afterwards. And I only wanted to use them because they provide C-Panel, a feature that is not available with Hetzner
