terrible client serice, a complete *******

This company is a *******! They advertise things with hidden terms and refuse to allow you to cancel. More importantly, their client care is ridiculous. The amount of staff they have is uncountable and every time you respond a different person answers. They answer in short non descriptive sentences and don't answer any of your questions regardless of how many different ways you pose the same question. I am tired of asking them to do something as simple as tell me from which account my "deduction" went of and double check whether they have changed the account on their back end so that it will no longer deduct from my old account. Every time a different person tells me the same sentence, "it is deducted via debit order" but fails to answer my question "from which account" and acknowledge my statement "the old account is no longer active"
