Terrible and unprofessional Service_ I do not recommend

absolutely appalling service provider. I topped up my data more than 24hours ago and I received the 100 messages and emails that they send every time after a Top up. One of these emails stating that my recharge was successful. hours later without any connection I called the support team (which by the way half the time can not assist or know what they talking about) and they say the service provider has an issue with Top ups.

My frustration is why are they sending successful emails and not informing us on the issue after topping up? and I have still not received any communication, I am told the communication is on the website??? do you really believe I would go on your website to check for communication??

Pathetic service, would not recommend this provider
