Terrible and ******* services

In December 2025 I requested the process for transferring my domain to another service provider and was only given EPP code. Today 27 January 2026 when I called in I am now being told that I must log into my dashboard and cancel the services with an end date. The earliest option now available is Feb 2026, which I do not accept as this process should have been advised in Dec 2025. The operator had the audacity to hang up the call on me 5 times. Even refuses to put management on the line.
