Axxess is Telkom in sheeps clothing - full of promises and lacking efficiency and functional systems. I have the following issues with Axxess: 1. Line speed is not what was promised. 2. Axxess billing and accounting systems are dysfunctional. Client information gets lost in the system. Claims are made of communications that are sent out to customers, which haven't been sent out, etc. It is definitely a company not to do business with.
