Technical support with no support

Terrible terrible service from Axxess - if your line goes down over the weekend you basically have no option to get anything done. Our fibre line went down on Sunday morning - because you cannot deal with Vumatel directly anymore - we reported it to Axxess our service provider. They only logged the fault with Vumatel on Monday. Not even first thing in the morning. Over 48 hours later we are still with no internet - cannot work and losing money. Terrible service from a company that's in a service business. Unacceptable.
