support side of Axxess for websites

sux ... I had a maintance mode notice on my website put on and when I ask for it to get reoved then my website gets pointed to another template... then when I send an email the support ask me silly question...

Also another time I had a wordpress query and a support team member on the line didn't know how to log in to wordpress side of their back end... I asked if he is new and he said yes he has been there for three months now...

I'm not sure who they are hiring for their support side but sho its not good for their ... they need to be careful
