I started using Axxess years ago when they were quite good, but now I dread having any problem as their support is useless. This is another week where they have changed something on the network firewall that blocks a port, and despite providing evidence that they are at fault, their support hardly know what I'm talking about and resort to just denying it's their problem. This will be the year that I go though the inconvenience of changing to another ISP - can't get any worse than Axxess.
